In the video, Cutler started with his first exercise, the incline hammer press. He used to do two warm-ups or feel sets of the exercise. Then he used to do three working sets with the pyramid weight training, increasing the weights. Then he moved to the dumbbell press and performed the exercise with the biggest dumbbells present in the gym. He did at least twelve reps with one fifty-pound dumbbell.

Then he did the flat dumbbell flys, using a weight between eighty and one hundred pounds for twelve reps. He did the cable crossover using a high pully approach, and he tried to squeeze the chest instead of coming down too much. He did the same for three sets of twelve reps each.

The last exercise he did was pullovers. He said,” You have seen me do this a million times with a dumbbell. He emphasized maintaining the diamond grip while holding the dumbbell between your hands. The four-time Olympia winner highlighted that he stretched his chest and made the blood flow much better. Cutler did three sets of twelve reps with dumbbells weighing between one twenty-pound and one thirty-pound. Exercising and lifting heavy like a beast was not only the reason for Cutler’s behemoth physique. He ate like a monster in his prime era.
