In the latest edition of his newsletter, Jaymail Cutler explained the step-by-step process of recovering from information and the five strategies that can help reduce inflammation immediately. First, he demonstrates that he has always advocated being smart and caring for the body for longevity. He wrote, “Supplement with omega 3 fats – Krill oil is a great option here. Getting your omega 3 and omega 6 balance better (towards omega 3s) can help you reduce inflammation.”
Cutler also recommended supplements with high-strength curcumin and bioperine for excellent absorption and said they are fantastic anti-inflammatory agents. He also recommended not eating any fried foods cooked with low-quality oil because they might cause gut problems and Causeway inflammation.
Another thing that he pointed out was to keep dairy products at an all-time low because most people have issues processing dairy, especially if it is in higher volumes. This can cause lactose intolerance, so the comeback kid also recommended an intolerance test from a medical practitioner. Whatever he recommended in the newsletter was not challenging, and he gave easy ways so everyone could follow the process. He had previously also recommended that natural carbohydrate sources are better to reduce inflammation.

Cutler recommends carbohydrates but from a natural source
The four-time Mr. Olympia emphasized the importance of choosing natural carbohydrate sources rather than consuming junk food. Excessive carbohydrate consumption, especially from unhealthy sources, can lead to inflammation, which is not productive for a professional bodybuilder.
He also said, “This is not a big binge day, on a ton of junk, because that creates a s*** load of inflammation.” He has also recommended proper meal timing, just like Arnold Schwarzenegger in his newsletter, and his insights and complexities on diet consumption help a lot of fitness enthusiasts in the long run.
