In the past, Zane focused more on his upper body and calf development. Using this method, the three-time Olympian focused on gaining more muscle definition and less calf size. He emphasized building his leg biceps as well. In later years, he changed his training method according to his age to stay fit and in shape.

The god of aesthetics is currently focusing on retaining his muscle definition. While following his new method at his age, he also looks to work on his abs to develop them in this maintenance season. Earlier, Zane had spilled the beans on how to develop a perfectly sculpted physique.

Zane also recommended taking pictures over time to check one’s progress. According to him, this will help you to stay motivated and focused on your goal of attaining perfection. Zane wants gymgoers to feel satisfied with their workouts and what makes them feel better after their workouts. This approach focuses on overall growth rather than growing one single muscle group, a reminder that even small changes can make big improvements in the journey to your goal.
