Kai Greene talks about the real purpose of bodybuilding 

Kai Greene recently took to his official Instagram account and shared a collage video of himself where he is seen teaching Alex Cambronero the art of posing. As he lectured Cambronero about the sport of bodybuilding and what it requires, he took up the caption to give an explicit idea to the audience about its decorums and purpose.

In the caption, Kai Greene wrote, “Bodybuilding isn’t about getting bigger muscles and more defined abs… it’s about becoming a better version of yourself.” He went on talking about how bodybuilding is about building unbreakable confidence and self-worth, which will enable you to pass all the hurdles in life.

He added, “Others will try to knock you down or tell you otherwise, but no matter what they say or do you know deep down that they don’t have the power to change who you are: they can only change how you react to them!” In the video, he even explains why it is so important to have a detailed idea and experience about posing.

While elaborating things to Alex Cambronero, Kai Greene says that the art of posing is more than just learning the seven, or eight compulsory mandates and simply recycling them. He says that it is important to have a good sync with the old-school tradition which helps to recognize the true mechanics of what pose must be applied for which body part.
