The 8x Mr. Olympia has set the heights of the Mass Monster era of bodybuilding. His physique from his prime sent chills to the fitness world as they could witness the pumped-up muscles on the stage. Coleman built his prime physique by lifting mind-numbing weights at the gym.
In his latest YouTube video, Coleman observed some gym-goers performing deadlifts. Toward the end of the video, he came across a powerlifting enthusiast using a rather unusual deadlift technique. This man, sporting a black attire and a beard, was lifting heavy weights between his legs, a move that posed a potential risk of injury if executed incorrectly.
The stunt made Coleman burst into a laugh, and he commented, “I don’t know how people come up with.” When asked, “You ever done any of these lifts,” Coleman stated, “I’ve done all of them except for this,” referring to the last strange deadlift. True to this fact, the bodybuilding world is not unaware of his famous 800 lbs deadlift.
