Cutler commences the newsletter by talking about people who generally go on vacation at this period of time. As he says, I do know most people get out of whack with their schedule, eat badly, and feel like s**t when they get home.” Though Cutler does not prefer carbs himself, however, when a person has eaten too much for a fortnight, the fastest way to get insulin sensitivity is to eat less carbs for at least 5 days.

Jay Cutler says, For this, stay at around 100-125g per day, which is low for most people. Then on the 6th day, go up to 200-300g, so you don’t burn out – the high day will boost your metabolic output anyway.” Jay’s low-carb diet will boost a person’s metabolism by further generating an optimal output.

Another suggestion by the Quad-stomp pro is to follow fasted cardio. A fasted cardio workout is a must for every person who has come from a long vacation. Cutler says even 30 minutes in the morning will help.

Moreover, this will ensure the blood sugar is at optimal level, with proper insulin status, further uplifting the metabolism. Thus, he states, “It will also help “shed” the water you’re holding from the overindulgence!” Apparently, water shedding is much needed after a vacation.
