Recently, he revealed a secret, with the help of which one could fight the signs of depression and it’s not what a lot of people would have thought of when it comes to combating mental illness.

As the world is getting more understanding about depression and anxiety and looking for ways to manage it, the Austrian Oak highlighted the most effective and straightforward ways to deal with depression. The newsletter revealed that adopting a routine of physical activities can help reduce the risk of depression. Not only can it reduce depression, but also puts an end to various other illnesses. “Try to complete 25 minutes” of exercise or walk or any physical activity to combat depressive situations.

Scientists have conducted research on over 4,000 people over ten years and they have revealed that routine exercises can reduce the likelihood of experiencing major depression and can help protect your mind against depressive feelings and symptoms. 

To make people feel less depressed, researchers emphasized the importance of approx. 50 minutes of exercise, which is considered more than sufficient. This is because research data shows that exercise boosts neuroplasticity, which describes various functions of one’s brain – adaptability, change, regrowing, and reprogramming.
