Recently, Nicolas Trigili answered some questions about Nick Walker’s situation and talked about hamstring injuries.

Trigili explains Walker’s situation

The former Mr. USA and IFBB pro-coach Nicholas Trigili talked about the situation that Nick Walker is currently going through. He answered a question that was related to the hamstring loot injury that Walker suffered recently. A fan asked him, “How hard is an injury like nicks to come back from?”

He answered, “Well depends on the person number one. If people let this get to their head then it gonna be very difficult to come back from.” He complimented Walker’s bravery and willpower, which he knows is very strong so he was confident that the Arnold Classic champion could get up from this injury very soon. Trigili also assured that “A Hamstring injury looks a lot worse than they actually are.” According to him, it looks dangerous because all the blood comes to the surface of the skin and bruises the skin, which makes it look dangerous and painful.

Nick Walker will not be able to participate in the 2023 Mr. Olympia, which he himself announced with teary eyes in an Instagram post previously. However, he still did not lose his confidence and zeal to come back stronger for the next year.

He mentioned that a hamstring injury can be quite painful because it’s in the legs and can mess up your balance. But he believed that Walker would bounce back soon, the pain would fade, and he’d be back in training for his next competition.

Nick Walker addresses his injury 

The Mutant unfortunately injured his hamstring just some days before Mr. Olympia. It looks pretty painful with extreme bruising on his leg and he also has to use a wheelchair to move around for the time being. So it is clear that he will not be able to stand on stage and show his amazing muscles and 24-inch biceps.

He addressed the problem on Instagram and talked about it in a very candid manner previously. He captioned the video, “It’s with a heavy heart I won’t be stepping stage this year due to unforeseen and unfortunate reasons that remind us we’re only human.”
