Phil Heath has been in the bodybuilding industry for more than two decades now, since starting in 2002. The 7-time Mr. Olympia has achieved a lot and made amazing friends and teachers along the way. One of them is his coach Hany Rambod the Pro Creator and when your coach is by your side, you are invincible.
Heath recently turned 44 and Rambod was there to continue his tradition of wishing him like he has in all these years he’s known the bodybuilding diety.

The post consisted of many snaps throughout the years of both of them. Starting from the early years when both were young and experiencing the ups and downs to Olympia wins and present picture where they are smiling and posing. Rambod put a caption saying, “Happy Birthday to this Legend @philheath 👑. 🥳🥳🥳.”

The wish was also accompanied by a note on how grateful the coach was for him. He also wrote about the journey they had together and Rambod also mentioned the new documentary of Heath that is launching in 2024.
Rambod was not alone in wishing Heath either. The bodybuilding community has always been a close-knit family and as families do, they come together for special occasions and Heath’s birthday is as special as it gets. John Delarosa, Matt Daniels his manager, and many others wished the icon on his birthday, with kind and loving messages. In response, Heath also wrote a thank you note on his Instagram story for all the wishes.

Phil Heath’s fans and followers also joined in on the party and showered him with their love and wishes.
All the comments were about how legendary he is and the fans were wishing Heath a great time on his birthday. Heath showed his gratitude to his coach and wrote, “Thanks so much Brother! We’ve had one wild journey together. I’m thankful to have you in my life and look forward to the many chapters ahead.”
A fan wished, “Happy Birthday sir @philheath,” while another fan said, “Happy Birthday!!” Another fan said, “Happy birthday Phil! @philheath 🔥🙌” One fan addressed him as ‘legend’ and said, “Happy birthday to the Legend 🥳🎉🎂💪🏾”

44 is an age by which time almost all professional athletes are retired but not Phil Heath. He is still as strong as new bodybuilders and doesn’t plan on walking away from bodybuilding anytime soon.
