Jay Cutler consistently gave stern competition to Ronnie Coleman before defeating him in 2006 in Mr. Olympia. To compete with the King, Culter had to undergo rigorous training that often resulted in physical and mental trauma. But at 50, Culter is experiencing new enthusiasm and energy. He was training for the Fit for 50 challenge to get back into a ripped physique like his prime.

So sharing what has changed now, the 4x Mr. Olympia had some interesting things to confess. “I always talk about arms and how I hate training arms, but believe it or not, it’s become one of my favorite body parts to train because I’m actually starting to feel the movements a lot more,” he said in his YouTube clip.

Revealing that he always tried to get bigger arms, Culter reflected on his changed attitude and said, “Now it’s more about conditioning; it’s not only about size.” The clip reflected Cutler with recharged energy, confessing that he loved training the biceps and triceps and continues to enjoy training his back and legs. From training hard till his nose bled to enjoying his workout, Cutler has come a long way.
