The bodybuilding community waits almost a year to witness the best bodybuilders line up on the Mr. Olympia stage to pose their muscular gains. However, as the countdown to the show starts, fans become anxious to get an update from their iconic athletes. Recently, Samson Dauda gave a glimpse of his mass monster avatar while reposting Rich Gaspari’s message.

The Hall of Famer happened to cross paths with the Arnold Classic winner of this year’s Men’s Open, Samson Dauda. Gaspari shared his thoughts on The Nigerian Lion’s massive gains ahead of the Mr. Olympia event scheduled for November.

The 60-year-old Hall of Famer contributed to the sport’s growth and is revered by the bodybuilding community as one of the greatest bodybuilders to ever exist. Gaspari took to bodybuilding at a young age and secured the Mr. Universe title at 21. Despite retiring from the sport decades ago, the iconic bodybuilder continues to train in his sixties.

The Dragon Slayer now has a personal favorite among current bodybuilders. “Here is one of my favourite bodybuilder’s of todays era @samson__dauda This guy is not only massive but symetrical and most impressive is his density,” the Hall of Famer confessed in his post. Gaspari and Dauda were seen with wide smiles. The 60-year-old further predicted the results of the upcoming Mr. Olympia and said, “For sure he can win the 2023 @mrolympiallc and top 3 minimum!

Reposting the heartwarming post of Gaspari, Dauda wrote, “What a great honor to see the legend @richgaspari in the UK supporting bodybuilding sport at @truathleteisff.” The current champion was grateful to meet the 1980s icon. Earlier, Dauda’s mass-monster physique was shared by his coach, Milos Sarcev.

The Serbian coach is now focused on tutoring his student’s bodybuilding lessons. The duo is stretching the limits to lift the trophy this year. The 59-year-old coach recently shared a picture of Dauda and mentioned, “Scale stays the same (330 lbs) …conditioning improving. @samson__dauda – 12 weeks out.” Despite the rigorous training that bodybuilders have to undergo, Sarcev once prioritized his mentee’s health.

While training for the Arnold Classic event this year, Sarcev ensured that Dauda was not dehydrated to flex his well-defined muscles. “We don’t need to go that far,” he opined when people suggested the coach keep the Nigerian Lion dryHowever, the IFBB Pro coach didn’t budge, and the duo won the Arnold Classic trophy.
