Moreover, he states that going to bed the night before his leg workout is the scariest yet most exciting thought, quoting, “I knew the intensity levels would be through the roof, the weights involved felt like an ungodly amount, two huge compound lifts would be involved and failure and beyond was on the horizon too.”
