The Generation Iron Fitness Network recently took to their official Instagram account and shared snippets from their recent podcast. In the video, Victor Martinez was seen mentioning how he regrets not having done enough shows and wasting his precious time with people who barely mattered.

He said, “I wasted a lot of my time with a lot of useless people and bodybuilders that did not deserve the fr**king spit that builds up in the side of your mouth when you’re talking so much.” Martinez mentioned that he realized the fact a lot later than he should have in his bodybuilding professional career.

Sharing a piece of suggestion with his followers, the Dominican Dominator added, “And you have to be keen on noticing those people. You have to be keen on who they are and you have to move on.” Martinez has indeed had a bumpy career and he reveals a lot about it in his podcasts. In one of them, he even spoke about the worst time he had in his entire life.

Victor Martinez addressed the time he had spent in jail and shared his immensely sad experience with his followers. He stated that immigration jail is the worst experience that a person could ever go through. It is because they do not just torture you physically, but, as the icon said, they break you psychologically.

He shared, “They want you to sign out, they want you to deport yourself. You know, with limited phone calls, the commissary comes in late.” Adding to his misery, Martinez also had a history of selling steroids, and that made everything worse.
