He discusses his life and tries to motivate others with his own tried and tested methods. He once openly confessed that he’s not a natural athlete but has worked really hard to be able to guide somebody else and help others in their growth.
His Instagram grid is filled with inspiring stories and the diet he follows to maintain his massive physique. Recently shared an IG story, with a picture of an empty bowl with a caption that read, “I’ve been eating the same breakfast for around 7/8 years. 60-120g Oatmeal 2x scoops whey protein peanut butter (if I’m bulking).”
He further wrote to his story and compared, “
Bodybuilders really are like dogs eating the same thing and not complaining.” Indeed, his sacrifices pay off. He wanted to become a bodybuilder from a young age. According to Deyzel’s latest post, he said that when he was young; he used to be terrified of things. Back then, his life wasn’t as easy as it might seem now, looking at his massive physique and the confidence he had while flaunting his chiseled body.

He shared the heartfelt story with his followers that a strong man could have been through some hard times. “For a very large portion of life my life, I was extremely unhappy. No matter how hard I tried, things never really clicked,” said the IFBB Pro. He articulated he used to be really frightened of speaking in front of people. He confessed in the video that he was not a natural athlete. He faced a lot of criticism from people for trying new things.
