In a video shared on his Instagram, Landi showcased his dedication as O’Hearn supported and encouraged him during their training session. The 55-year-old bodybuilding Adonis, also joined in, demonstrating a few reps of a seated behind-the-neck shoulder presses.
But it wasn’t just about the physical workout. Landi took to heart the wisdom imparted by O’Hearn, emphasizing “three life-changing lessons.” Landi expressed gratitude, in the post caption.
