The 48-year-old icon has always mesmerized the world with his immense muscles and captivating toned body. Recently, he talked about the importance of push-ups and resistance exercises, which helped him become a disciplined man. He posted a video on his official YouTube channel where he shared some excitement-driven moments from his life. 

In the video, expressing why he is into Calisthenics, he said, “You know why i love doing Calisthenics so much because when I was in prison that showed who was disciplined, discipline was everything, discipline is everything people who did calisthenics were the most disciplined.”

According to him, doing calisthenics exercises without the use of weight makes people disciplined. The legend who himself has lifted weights to attain desired body goals, seems to have a love for push-ups, pull-ups, etc. Kali Muscle, who nearly embraced death a few years ago, once came up with his reasons behind why people die young in bodybuilding.

Kali Muscle talks about why people suffer from cardiac diseases

The former bodybuilding champ, Kali Muscles recently shared a video of his training and workout. In the video, the 48-year-old talked about why people from his community experienced cardiac dangers. Moreover, he shared the reasons behind his slim body. Though he has suffered a severe heart attack, he never compromises with his muscle-building exercises.

Doing muscle workouts can impact his heart. Despite being aware of the fact that carrying around so much muscle mass might stress his heart, he said, “You know what a lot of muscle is? a liability!” said the bodybuilding icon. Kali Muscle believes carrying too much muscle is a death sentence and this might be the major reason that often leads people to cardiac issues. “The only return you going to get is a heart attack or stroke, and that’s inevitable,” he said further.
