The mass monster orates about his leg day, by penning down that his leg workouts commence the night before usually because it’s a mental workout before it is a physical one. Dorian pens in his Instagram post, “This was a mental workout before a physical one. I knew what would be required and to be honest, just thinking about training legs was a scary thought.” It is generally a known fact among fitness aficionados that leg workouts are the most painful ones.

Moreover, he states that going to bed the night before his leg workout, is the scariest yet exciting thought by quoting, “I knew the intensity levels would be through the roof, the weights involved felt like an ungodly amount, two huge compound lifts would be involved and failure and beyond was on the horizon too.” Dorian Yates talks about the pre-workout requisites, a stack of caffeine and ephedrine, which he takes to enhance performance and endurance on a leg workout day.
Dorian further tells about the warm-up session before he commences leg workout practice for a short mental preparation, which includes a few minutes on the stationary bike, and some time spent on dynamic stretching. Then, the mass monster adds, “My intensity levels would rub onto my training partners and together with the sound of Guns n Roses Appetite for Destruction, an atmosphere that generated unparalleled levels of ferocity throughout the building was created.”
Yates thinks that controlled aggression, which was violent to a certain degree is important to achieve fitness goals.
