The YouTuber with 36.5K subscribers is known for debunking the myths that are prevalent in the fitness community. So, in his new YouTube short, the fitness model reveals the roots of multiple-set training that have been a norm in gyms for years. “Where did this bodybuilding mindset come from, we need three sets in that fashion,” was the question posed to Vincent.
“It comes from Reg Park,” stated the social media influencer and went on to reveal the story of Reg Park and how he ended up influencing the bodybuilding community for a very long time. “So, Reg Park was one of the 1st more well-known bodybuilders from the ’50s and Reg Park since he had some fame, want to make some money, so he started writing books,” narrated Vincent.
He further revealed that Park wrote a book called ‘The Secret Multiple Set Training System,’ which was practiced by Arnold Schwarzenegger as the former was an inspiration to the latter. “Arnold Schwarzenegger became the 1st famous bodybuilder of our time, and naturally people follow him. What he did, which came from Reg Park’s Little Marketing Gimmick, The Secret Multiple Set Training System,” Vincent further elaborated. That way Reg Park ended up impacting the bodybuilding community. The 75-year-old actor once narrated the bond between Reg Park and him in his newsletter.

‘The Terminator’ actor once revealed how speaking in front of a crowd was a “terrifying” experience for him. However, he revealed a life-changing moment in Ireland that transformed him into a great speaker, in his newsletter.
Arnie had to speak at a bodybuilding contest in Ireland. However, the Governator was unsure about the task and revealed, “I froze. I was terrified.” But Reg Park encouraged him to go for it, and eventually, the 7x Mr. Olympia received appreciation for his answers at the show.
