He exclaimed, “These days unfortunately it’s most especially with young people it’s mostly from Tik Tok which is you have the biggest bunch of morons on that on that platform.” Palumbo dishes out advice, particularly to individuals who’ve completed just one cycle and now consider themselves steroid gurus. Moreover, Palumbo emphasized the efficacy of combining testosterone with long-acting injectables for optimal muscle-building results.

He listed testosterone with Deca or EQ as top choices because of their appetite-boosting effects, long-acting nature, and minimal side effects. Palumbo stressed the importance of avoiding potentially more toxic options like Trenbolone and orals such as Anadrol, which can be harmful to the liver. He encourages learning from experienced individuals.

Be aware of whom you follow and seek guidance

Palumbo urged caution in selecting sources for information, advising against relying on TikTok for serious bodybuilding knowledge.“I’m not the only person out there people who’ve been in the trenches who’ve done not only the have the educational background but also have the experience,” emphasize Palumbo. As he continued, “And if you listen to people who have a lot of experience and have a good teaching way about themselves it could save you a lot of you know mistakes that you’re going to make along the way.” He emphasized the significance of learning from experienced mentors, individuals who have not only studied the subject but also gained practical insights through years of hands-on experience.

The foundation of bodybuilding success lies in time-tested combinations like test, Deca, and EQ, which have been used for over 50 years (according to Palumbo). Palumbo advises, “It’s silly to listen to people who have no experience just because they’re on TikTok and have a platform that’s very popular.” Rather he encouraged aspiring bodybuilders to seek guidance from those with a wealth of experience.

In a world where misinformation can spread rapidly, Palumbo’s insights serve as a valuable guide for those navigating the complex bodybuilding landscape, promoting a safer and more informed approach to achieving muscle-building goals.
