Chris Bumstead, also known as CBum, shared a series of pictures on his Instagram, showcasing his journey and physical transformation while preparing for the Mr. Olympia competition. The caption of the photo thread reads, “1st Olympia win 1 week out vs. 4th Olympia win 1 week out,” highlighting his progress and improvement. This post serves as concrete evidence of his continuous growth. Additionally, Bumstead included a challenge for his followers within the same thread.

Talking about the challenge, CBum adds to his caption, “My 9 week transformation Challenge is now live, link is in my bio for info and sign up.” The legendary athlete is giving away free training and $5000 to his chosen followers on registration. They get to train in his new gym under his guidance all the living and traveling charges will also take care of. He further adds, “This isn’t meant as just an 8-week challenge, it’s a momentum builder to form good habits and discipline to help you continue to be better every day.”
