Michal Krizo Krizanek quickly became a fan favorite in the realm of bodybuilding after he qualified for the 2022 Mr. Olymia. The Slovakian bodybuilder impressed people with his massive arms and mass monster-like physique. While Krizo didn’t do as well as he had hoped, the bodybuilder made visible improvements in the 2023 edition of the marquee event. Now, his posing routine from the 2023 Olympia is taking the bodybuilding community by storm.
The Olympia LLC Instagram page posted a video of the mass monster on their handle, showcasing Krizo’s solo posing routine. While Krizanek placed 12th in 2022, the video showcased the improvements he made in a year, helping him crack the top 10 in 2023. But what helped him better his placing in just a year?

At 6’1 and weighing in at 270 lbs on stage, the Slovak bodybuilding icon has a bit of everything. Besides having freaky mass monster-like features, his physique also has a sense of flow and symmetry. Even four-time Arnold Classic winner Flex Wheeler agreed that Krizo has a world-class physique. However, the Olympia competitor also had a few weak spots that kept him from the top 10 in 2022.

While Krizo’s arms get all the attention, the 37-year-old’s waist and back lacked mass and conditioning. In 2023, the bodybuilder worked hard to improve these shortcomings. While his waist and overall conditioning needed to improve, the bodybuilding beast’s back improvements helped him place in the top 10.
As the post reminded fans of what had unfolded during the event, they also noticed the improvements Krizo had made.
Fans think Krizo can lift the Sandow trophy in the future
One fan claimed that Krizo had the “Best Arms in open (bodybuilding),” a bold statement because the Slovak bodybuilder is yet to crack the top five in the Mr. Olympia. However, if fan sentiments are any indication, Krizo’s arm genetics are among the best of the best.
Another fan had an even more shocking statement to make.

“This guy has better conditioning than the first place,” said one fan. While many do believe that modern bodybuilders lag behind the 90s bodybuilders in conditioning, saying that Krizo was more conditioned than 2023 Mr. Olympia winner Derek Lunsford was definitely unexpected. “He is better every time I see him,” said another fan, in a nod to Krizo’s continuous efforts to make improvements.
