The World?s Strongest Man, Mitchell Hooper, has made a huge name in the bodybuilding and strongman industry. The Canadian-born kinesiologist, who has a jam-packed daily routine, took some time out of his busy schedule to give an important message. The Arnold Classic title holder sat down with Flex Lewis in his show called Straight Outta the Lair and became candid about his true purpose as a strongman.

Hooper spoke about his true aim of being a strongman, powerlifter, and world record breaker. The answer is going to baffle and inspire his fans for sure.

Hooper not only is a strongman but also juggles a day job as a physical therapist specializing in strength and conditioning. In the video clip, he is seen saying, ?I just want to be the best version of myself.?

Hooper revealed that his purpose was more than being a strongman. He said, ?Being the best, strongman in the world is not particularly important to me. But what is particularly important is what you?re able to do with that.? Along with this, he said, ?That?s what I?m chasing. The biggest impact possible.?

According to him, the impact that a person makes in the world is more significant. Hooper teaches people along with being an athlete, and he shares this similarity with another decorated athlete.

Humble strongman is similar to Marcelo Garcia

Hooper shares a similarity with Garcia, who, despite being a famous BJJ athlete, teaches people. The humble legend also eats very simple food and lives a simple life. Mitchell spends his days in the gym working out diligently and eating calories needed for his health, just like Garcia.

Hooper?s similar way of leading a humble life pulled the heartstrings of his fans. So, Hooper spreading the message of having purpose and having an impact will resonate with many.
