In a recent edition of?Arnold’s Pump Club, the bodybuilding legend wrote about natural testosterone, a popular topic in the online fitness community.

Natural testosterone levels in men have become a point of focus for many in the fitness community. A quick browse through fitness content would convince many that the natural testosterone levels in men are decreasing. Now, the former Mr. Olympia has addressed the issue with the help of science. In his newsletter, the five-time Mr. Universe wrote about a simple method to increase testosterone naturally without the assistance of supplements or TRT/HRT.

Arnold Schwarzenegger backs up his argument with science

While writing about the research-based method, the 76-year-old fitness icon references the growing popularity of Testosterone Replacement Therapy.?“The original TRT,”?wrote Schwarzenegger while writing about the topic. TRT has turned into a viable option for older men suffering from lower levels of testosterone. The treatment also helps those who have abused performance-enhancing drugs.

Besides TRT, many supplements also claim to enhance testosterone naturally. However, since Schwarzenegger’s newsletter is about helping the average person become healthier without complicating things, the bodybuilding icon cited proven research.?”A 46-year research review suggests that getting leaner can boost your natural testosterone,” the bodybuilding icon wrote in his newsletter.
