Following the lat pulldown, the Giant Killer incorporated the t-bar row into his regimen. This compound exercise is a staple for building thickness in the mid-back.
Moreover, the chest support row was the next challenge in his holiday workout extravaganza. In addition, rounding out his routine, Clarida included the seated cable row. This movement emphasizes the muscles in the middle lower back. This exercise contributed to overall back strength and helped achieve a balanced and proportionate physique.
