43-year-old Marc Lobliner, known for his no-nonsense attitude, didn’t hold back while speaking about Liver King. As a fitness influencer, the IFBB pro often criticizes other influencers if and when they spread misinformation. After showing multiple clips of Brian ‘Liver King’ Johnson, Lobliner berated the raw carnivore diet proponent who got exposed for using ste***ds.

After vehemently denying accusations of using performance-enhancing drugs, Derek from More Plates More Dates called out the bodybuilding enthusiast. Liver King subsequently apologized and promised to stop using performance enhancers. However, eight months later, in 2023, he admitted to hopping back on PEDs. Now, Marc Lobliner has compared him to another infamous influencer.

In his latest video, the bodybuilding coach pointed out everything wrong with Brian Johnson’s content. He showed snippets of the fitness influencer suffering a bicep tear while playing with his kids, talking about his ancestral tenants, and more. However, the MTS Nutrition CEO explained that it was all a smoke screen to fool people and gain followers.

The bodybuilding coach explained that the ten ancestral tenants mean nothing. In fact, Joshnson’s brand was built on a lie. The Liver King claimed that eating a raw carnivore diet and following his ten rules would help people get muscular, ripped, and become fitter. Meanwhile, Johnson himself maintained his physique with the help of ste***ds.

“He’s basically the white Kali Muscle,” said Lobliner. Kali Muscle is another infamous influencer who has a reputation for being disingenuous with the fitness community. For years, Chuck ‘Kali Muscle’ Kirkendall denied using PEDs until he suffered a heart attack. Fortunately, Kirkendall survived and came clean about his years of ste***d abuse.

However, unlike Liver King, Kirkendall didn’t resume PED usage. Although Kali Muscle is on TRT, it was something his doctor prescribed. Hence, Lobliner gave no quarter to Johnson. “He’s literally showing off he’s showing off the money he made by ripping you off,” said the bodybuilder. Meanwhile,  Lobliner also forewarned about the dangers of following Kali Muscle.

Marc Lobliner warned against following Kali Muscle’s dangerous advice

While Kali Muscle no longer uses PEDs and even warns people against using them, his advice has come under scrutiny. The former bodybuilder told people to avoid mineral water because of added sodium.

However, the 43-year-old dismissed the claim. Lobliner highlighted that the human body needs 1.5 gm of sodium per day. Hence, 5 mg of sodium in 12 ounces of water wouldn’t harm anyone. As a veteran bodybuilder who wants to better educate the fitness community, Lobliner felt the need to warn people about the problematic resurgence of influencers like Liver King and Kali Muscle.
