And although the bodybuilding legend has turned 76 already, he still continues to maintain a fit physique.

Schwarzenegger has won 7 Mr. Olympia titles and millions of hearts. He not only appeared on stage and on the big screen but also continued to help his followers with fitness tips and suggestions to keep themselves healthy. Recently, the Terminator star took to X to reveal one such tip in a jestful manner.

In 2019, an incident went viral. While posing for photos with his fans, Arnold Schwarzenegger came across a startling blow from amidst the crowd. The video which captured the whole scenario portrayed a man sharply drop-kicking the bodybuilding star out of the blue. However, what was more astounding was that the former Mr. Olympia, in his 70s, didn’t seem to react adversely to the kick.

After sharing the resurfaced video on X, Arnold Schwarzenegger addressed a crucial lesson. Instead of blaming or accusing the man who kicked, Schwarzenegger preferred to guide his audience. He stated, “Since this is making the rounds again, a reminder: don?t just bench, train your back and legs, too.”

The legend often makes his opinions on many things known to both his fans and the general public. He had also recently disapproved of a supposedly miraculous drug that aids in weight loss.

Arnold Schwarzenegger criticizes Ozempic

In a podcast with Howard Stern, Schwarzenegger shed light on his perceptions of Ozempic, which helps in treating type-2 diabetes. While in the conversation, they discussed how several celebrities, including Elon Musk and Charles Barkley, use the same to assist themselves in weight loss. Arnie remarked on the matter, “To me, it?s all about hard work in and that?s why I say in my book you know work your ass off and because there?s no shortcut.?
