Renowned bodybuilding icon Rich Gaspari is making waves yet again, this time with his bold predictions for fellow athlete Terrence Ruffin. Gaspari, known for his innovative methods to stay in his best shape even in his 60s, recently shared a glimpse into their intense leg day session on Instagram.

In a carousel of nine snippets from their grueling workout at Elev8tion Fitness in Miami, Gaspari showcased the dedication and intensity both he and Ruffin brought to the gym. The session was so rigorous, ultimately resulting in him pushing his boundaries to the point of exhaustion. This even led to the veteran predicting a top 3 finish for Ruffin.

Gaspari, reflecting on the workout, expressed his admiration for Ruffin’s commitment to the process. Recalling a previous leg day session they shared in Japan. Gaspari highlighted Ruffin’s desire to revisit challenges and push himself further. Despite the intensity of the workout, he emphasized the enjoyment he derived from training alongside an Olympian like Ruffin. With unwavering confidence, Gaspari boldly predicted that “Terrance will be ready to get back to Top 3 with his winning attitude!”

According to Gaspari, Terrence has “one of the most symmetrical physiques in the Classic category” with great balance in the upper and lower body. The workout consisted of a series of demanding exercises, starting with the leg press to target the lower body muscles. Following this, they transitioned to the hack squat, further intensifying the focus on leg strength and development. Finally, the seated leg curl provided a challenging finish to the session, ensuring a comprehensive workout for Ruffin’s legs.

This is not the first time that Gaspari has shared a leg day routine with his fans. Earlier this month, Gaspari had shared a video of a similar session, that was a lot more intense than one would expect him to engage in his sixties.

Gaspari felt positive about his workout, particularly highlighting leg extensions with a five-second hold at the top for a strong burn. At 60, he still enjoys intense training, alternating heavy lifting to prevent burnout, preferring moderate weights with slow, full-form reps. That being said, some fans were not very happy with the bodybuilder’s routine. “All the years of experience and not a full rep in sight,” a fan had commented then.
However, it seems like the negativity has not gotten to Gaspari as he was once again seen engaging in leg workouts with Ruffin. As he continues to inspire with his relentless pursuit of excellence, Ruffin stands poised to make his mark once again, fueled by his winning attitude and unwavering commitment to success.
