It was once revealed that Golem usually has 7 meals in a day and about 16,500 calories a day. Along with such a diet, his workout routines also draw attention. An old viral video of him doing some curls recently hit the internet again. The Instagram page, Dailyworkoutmodeon, shared the clip while addressing Golem as “Final Boss”, referencing video games where the last stage would have a humongous and unbeatable opponent.

In the video, one could see how striated the bodybuilder’s biceps were, with veins popping while he engaged in an exercise. While his workouts would have helped maintain his physique, it was Yefimchyk’s diet that had more to add to his shredded body. This final boss’s day would usually begin with a breakfast of 300g of rolled oats. Following this, the bodybuilder gets three different lunches, the first of which would be a massive amount of 108 sushi which includes 1600g of rice and 800g of salmon. Golem eats 1300g of beef, a crepe, and ice cream in his next lunch.

The bodybuilder also revealed that his last lunch and first dinner share one common item: pasta. While for the former he eats fresh pasta with 500g of rice and olive, for dinner it’s 300g pasta and 200g cheese. Right before his 14 oatmeal pancakes, the bodybuilder also eats another round of 1300g beef and 700g of cottage cheese.
