And when one bodybuilder does reach their peak, even the greatest legends in their field cannot deny their authentic growth. Phil Heath’s arch nemesis, who had once motivated him to hit the gym more often, Kai Green recalls his old moment of glory.
The tussle between Heath and Greene was frequent on the stages of bodybuilding. So much so that the seven times Mr. Olympia shared the stage with Greene from 2009 to 2014, and out of all these times, Kai Greene and he were neck-to-neck most of the time. Although Greene had no luck at winning Olympia, he surely had his own moments of glory.

Greene had been winning the Arnold Classic since 2009. 2016, however, was especially memorable as he not only won the Arnold Classic but also the Arnold Classic Brazil and Arnold Classic Australia. When Greene shared the stage with Arnold Schwarzenegger, the bodybuilding legend complimented him by asking him to repeat his pose. Arnie had stated, “Let’s see one more double bicep shot. With a great vacuum. Show them how to do that.”

In the latest Instagram post, Kai Greene reposted the old video. And in the caption of his post, he wrote, “I?ve never vacuumed harder than this moment of my life. ?”

The video clip had attested a teenage Kai Greene who was able to portray stunning poses. In the caption of the post, he wrote,??@kaigreene is arguably the best bodybuilding poser of all time. This is from his teenage years in 1995 when he was still Natty.?
In the sport of bodybuilding, it is quite necessary for bodybuilders to maintain their passion and put effort into their work. No matter how many times victory slips away from hand, one should never give up. Kai Greene has proved his worth time and again.
