IFBB Hall of Fame 2004 member, Rich Gaspari, is still going strong at the age of 60 years. He has rubbed shoulders with many veteran bodybuilders and even coached athletes. Gaspari began competing in the bodybuilding world in 1983, and he also earned his Pro Card one year later. The second-place holder in?Mr. Olympia and entrepreneur still maintains his fitness at the peak and works out religiously every day.

In a recent post on Instagram, Rich Gaspari showed his incredible workout routine and detailed his training process. Even Jay Cutler commented on the video and complimented him.

The video shows the legend working out on his quads and lats while squatting with two 45-lb plates on both sides of the bar. His reps are fast and incredible, and Gaspari does not seem to have any problems squatting at incredible speed. He captioned the post by talking about the bench squats and explaining his training routine. ?Doing 5 sets of Bench Squats doing a warm-up of 135 for 20 then doing 20 reps for 225 then doing 275 for 20 reps afterward following a heavy set of 315 for 15 and my last set of 245lbs for 30 reps,? read the caption.

Rich Gaspari also clarified that with age, his weightlifting has changed and he makes sure not to hurt himself. The IFBB pro said, ?Squats are the King for building Mass on your legs and high reps are what build size on your legs. As soon as the video was uploaded, The Arnold Classic Winner was praised by 4-time Mr Olympia winner Jay Cutler. Cutler commented, ?Still crushing it,? to which Gaspari replied, ?@jaycutler thanks Jay!? Gaspari has transformed his physique over the years and he previously talked about this hard and cruel road towards glory.

A previous post showed the 60-year-old in his youth as he was posting for the cameras on stage with a brilliant smile on his face.?His hulk-like physique was aesthetic and did not have any flaws. Gaspari wrote in the captions about how he was known for his conditioning, ?Conditioning was what I was known for in my competition days.?

He also demonstrated how his figure was almost skinless, and every muscle group was prominent. The ‘Dragonslayer’ then explained, ?What brought me to the forefront in bodybuilding was I set a standard in bodybuilding no one before ever did in conditioning.?
