Transforming his physique recently, Harry Styles did not show away from displaying his ripped body recently when he went shirtless exhibiting his toned abs and cool ink pieces as he went for a dip in the public pond in Hampstead Heath, London on Sunday. The pictures from his swimming session in a pair of green swimming shorts have been going viral, tempting his fans to know his fitness regimen.
The man responsible for his transformation, who has helped him throughout, is his personal trainer Brad Gould. Originally from Bournemouth, Gould is very good friends with Styles apart from their professional relationship. He can often be spotted at the side of the stage during Styles’ live concerts and performances.
He is currently relying a lot on Pilates to maintain his shape. “‘With Pilates, Harry predominately works with core, breathing, and lung capacity – because of his singing – and with his hamstrings because he’s moving all the time. He’s become much more nimble,” his Pilates instructor revealed. Apart from this, he also relies on a Wunda Chair.
“The £2,000 piece of Pilates kit has a padded seat and no back. It is used for controlled body movements and is said to help improve strength in the back and arms,” as reported by Daily Mail.
Styles’ diet and tools for recovery
There is no denying that a muscular physique can not be built or even maintained without consuming enough protein. However, Styles has embraced a meat-free diet, consuming only fish in order to fulfill his daily protein goal. He also at times does a six-day juice cleanse.

Consuming juice and a low-carb diet might be the key to his toned physique as it ensures that he doesn’t eat too many calories. Additionally, to enhance his rate of recovery, Styles enjoys swimming in cold water. Ice Baths, or cold-plunges is a method prescribed by many experts and fitness veterans to improve recovery of the body.
