The 25-year-old took to rigorous training after his father, Arnold Schwarzenegger, gifted him the Encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding. After an adventurous road trip with friends, Baena is back to his gym routine.

Baena had a tough childhood, as he was bullied by his close mates for being overweight. He was also excluded from sports such as soccer or basketball at school for being a chubby kid. So, he pursued swimming. But his transformation into a ripped physique happened at the gym.

The bodybuilding auditoriums in the 1970s were filled with the crowd, shouting Arnie’s name when the 7x Mr. Olympia struck poses on stage. The 76-year-old still trains daily and often joins Baena for a training session. Lately, the youngest bodybuilding son of The Terminator icon shared a glimpse of his training session with his Instagram family.

Baena was getting his morning dose of the sun while exercising outdoors at the Golds gym. He was filmed doing a Machine Landmine Rows shirtless. The actor had his Air Pods on and was visibly pushing himself to get those multiple reps to strengthen his back. Baena shared his workout video for the first time in a couple of days since he was on a road trip with his gang.

The look-alike son of Arnie demands 477K followers on Instagram and keeps them updated about his personal and professional life. Giving a break from the regular gym updates, Baena, earlier, shared a glimpse of his splendid road trip with friends in an Instagram story.

Baena shared pictures of himself admiring the beauty of nature, while he is seated lakeside. The serene blue waters with greenery soon merged into snowy mountains. He was also seen capturing the blissful sunset with his friends. After the adventurous trip, Baena is back at the gym.
