Arnold Schwarzenegger’s 2-Year-Old Baby Granddaughter Gets a Hilarious Marriage Proposal: “Into This Idea”

During the pandemic, in August 2020, bodybuilding icon Arnold Schwarzenegger was blessed with a beautiful granddaughter, Lyla. She was born to his eldest child, Katherine, and her Hollywood star husband, Chris Pratt. This instance marked the next phase of Arnie’s life, which was that of a grandfather, or Opa, as his family calls it.

Surprisingly, 2-year-old Lyla recently got a proposal from another notable personality. TV entertainment journalist Jason Kennedy recently shared an adorable snippet of his son, Ryver, on Instagram that called for a marriage proposal to Lyla.

The 41-year-old journalist took to his Instagram hours ago and shared a delightful story of his son chanting Lyla’s name. As the kid chewed on his toy, Kennedy encouraged his son to correctly pronounce the 2-year-old baby’s name. And his 1-year-old son was more than happy to learn the correct form of “Lyla.”

Interestingly, that was not even the most special part. The E! News host then struck up a striking revelation about considering the two kids for marriage in the future. “I think he misses your daughter…#arrangedmarriage,” Kennedy wrote, tagging Katherine and Pratt in the video.

This story was reshared by the 33-year-old author along with a heartwarming note for Kennedy. Katherine acknowledged the journalist’s proposal and showed her enthusiasm on the instance. She wrote on the Instagram story, “Into this idea,” agreeing with the offer made by Kennedy. Although arranged marriages aren’t quite popular in the U.S., there’s a probability of one happening soon. On a different note, after Lyla was born, Grandpa Arnie was once worried about something.

The 75-year-old star takes pride in his larger-than-life achievements. Moreover, his champion mindset and jacked physical stature have rarely let him down in his career. Despite all that, after Lyla was born in 2020, Arnie was instantly worried about her inheriting one particular trait from him.

“Worst thing is if this kid ends up, you know, with my accent. That’s what we don’t want,” Arnie once said in an interview. While he was assured that the kid would be blessed with great genes from the Kennedys, Schwarzeneggers, and Pratts, the IFBB pro did not want his grandkid to pick up his Austrian accent.
