Having tied the knot on June 8, 2019, the couple finally enjoyed a night alone, which was their first opportunity to do so in three years.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight before their anniversary, Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s son-in-law eagerly revealed his excitement and hinted at the surprises he has planned for his dear wife. “Hopefully we’re gonna get a night just to ourselves, which would be the first night just to ourselves we’ve had in quite some time,” Pratt said. The couple shares two daughters, Eloise, aged 1, and Lyla, who will soon celebrate her third birthday in August.

From birthdays to anniversaries and even Christmas, the doting husband takes pride in selecting meaningful presents for his wife. “It’s one of my love languages, gift giving, so I try to spoil her as much as I can,” Pratt confessed.

The couple began their relationship in 2018, and by January 2019, the Jurassic World actor announced his engagement to the American author. They exchanged vows in a picturesque Montecito, California ceremony six months afterward.

He candidly shared his feelings of gratitude with ET and recognized his blessings, attributing his joy to a higher power. “Aww, man, I’m lucky, God is good. I feel really good, really blessed. Everything is great.” Consequently, he conveyed how truly fortunate he believes himself to be.
