Bodybuilding icon Mark Wahlberg often uses a rather peculiar method for his process of recovery. He immerses himself in an ice bath, relaxing his body and giving a decent amount of rest to his muscles. He says that it takes away all the inflammation from the body. Looks like he has been influencing a lot of people from his longevity technique, be it his regular followers, or elite bodybuilders. Recently, even Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son followed his technique and shared it on social media.
