Recently, he shared his thoughts on a subject that many rarely address. Talking about loneliness and how it might become part of one’s life at any point, Arnie revealed a solution to it as well.

In the latest edition of the Pump Club, he addressed his ‘village’ with interesting information about loneliness. Most people overlook psychological factors when they are thinking about improving their physical health, and this can lead to more problems, according to Arnie. He started the newsletter with the question asking if loneliness was, “As Dangerous As Obesity?”

Then he described how everyone is going to concentrate on their health and go to the gym this new year. However, there is another thing that people should not overlook. According to scientific research, it is seen that as people age, loneliness can be a huge threat to health, and this is as dangerous as obesity. According to the Terminator star, the analysis of the experiment also revealed that individuals who had stronger social connections a reduced risk of mortality.

The man who has the best solution for cardiovascular diseases, also addressed that the longest-running study of happiness was an experiment that went down for more than eight years. From this study, scientists found that social connections are among the most important things in a human’s life.

He wrote, “A separate study found that loneliness increases your odds of death by 26 percent in any given year. If you feel alone, you’re not the only one. Research conducted prior to the pandemic found that three out of four Americans felt lonely, and there’s been a rise in loneliness throughout the world.” The Austrian Oak not only gave the negative effects of loneliness, but he also provided three solutions. The first was curiosity and taking an interest in others who can have a positive influence in life. Secondly, he spoke about intention, which is where a person needs to be vulnerable and open to their friend or companion. The last step was a habit, where a person needs to create certain habits and rituals that build the main foundation of friendship.
