Are you looking to get in shape, but feeling overwhelmed by lengthy workout routines? Well, look no further! Arnold Schwarzenegger has unveiled the ultimate workout for those struggling to carve out time for fitness. Forget the hours-long sessions at the gym as this routine can be squeezed into your busy schedule, requiring only three days a week with a rest day in between.

In the latest edition of Arnold’s Pump Club newsletter, Schwarzenegger listed a few workouts, which revolved around timed sets, making it a game-changer for building strength in a flash. The simplicity lies in performing each exercise for a set time based on your experience level. Whether you’re a fitness rookie or a seasoned pro, there’s a spot for you in Schwarzenegger’s routine.

Schwarzenegger declared in the newsletter that people don’t need to spend hours to build strength. Instead, “10 minutes of strength training is enough to protect your health,” he wrote. “You can perform this program three days per week, resting one day between each workout,” stated The Terminator. And get this – each workout lasts only 10 to 15 minutes!

So, how does it work? It’s all about timed sets. Set your timer and get ready to sweat! Depending on your fitness level, you’ll perform each exercise for either 10, 20, or 30 seconds, followed by a 30-second rest before moving on to the next exercise. The goal? Cycle through the exercises as many times as you can within the designated time frame.

For those opting for the workout’s bodyweight version, exercises like hip raises, walking lunges, pushups, superman pullups or inverted rows, and planks are on the list. No fancy equipment is needed, just your own body and determination. If you’re up for a challenge, the weighted version incorporates dumbbells, barbells, or kettlebells for added resistance. Think straight-leg deadlifts, lunges, overhead presses, bent-over rows, and the formidable hollow body hold.
