The Austrian Oak listed out all the ingredients required for the recipe created by Chef Dan Churchill. According to the newsletter, one needs to collect two cups of oat flour and two scoops of protein powder (Arnie’s advice). On top of that, you’d need ten pitted Medjool dates, a quarter cup of peanut butter, cacao powder, and one tablespoon of peanuts. Collecting these incidents won’t take you more than five minutes, says the seven-time Mr. Olympia winner.

The recipe requires you to blend the oat flour, protein powder, and Medjool dates. After this, you can add a quarter of peanut butter and cacao powder to the dough. Mixing the dough will be the next step, and then carefully rolling it into two-inch balls. Now comes everyone’s favorite part: dressing the balls.

Take the cacao powder and dust the protein bars according to your taste. You can directly eat the snacks or refrigerate them for ten minutes to help with consistency. “About two balls make the perfect post-workout snack, wrote the Austrian Oak.
