Arnold Schwarzenegger has dabbled in all kinds of industries and excelled in all of them. Be it Hollywood, bodybuilding, or any other job, he is always learning and experiencing new domains. Arnie even loves helping his fans with his immense knowledge, be it through newsletters or even video. He also wrote a book about his life experience, Be Useful: Seven Tools for Life.

Recently, he went to discuss his life and the book with Jocko Willink and Echo Charles, and someone else, who is highly renowned, that is Frankie Sullivan was gushing just like the other fans in the comments.

The 76-year-old Austrian Oak recently shared a candid picture of him and his friends talking to each other and having a laugh with each other. He captioned the post, saying, “It was such an honor to schmooze with @jockowillink and @echocharles for a couple hours about Be Useful and my life in general! These guys are the real deal, and I can’t wait for you all to hear this one. Coming next week 💪💪.”

Surprisingly, the 68-year-old Grammy award-winning guitarist and musician Frankie Sullivan could not hold himself back and commented, “Arnold, I need you to train me, I dare mention.”

He was a part of Survivor, which saw its career mimic that of Rocky, authored by Sylvester Stallone. The world is connected in special ways because Stallone is a rival and a friend of Arnie’s too!

It looks like everyone wants to get trained by Schwarzenegger, and he does live up to people’s expectations. He used his book and his newsletter to help several people and make their lives easier and healthier. Mike O’Hearn also gave his 4-year-old son a lesson from the same book.

The 76-year-old bodybuilding champion followed his father’s advice about being useful to people, no matter what work it was. The self-help book revolves around these principles that he followed to become successful in his life. The Terminator icon wants the current generation to imbibe the values that he got from his life and make the best out of it in their own lives.

The Titan is a huge fan of the bodybuilding legend, and the 54-year-old recently posted an Instagram video where he was reading this very book wearing a superhero costume with his four-year-old son. The 7-time Mr. Olympia winner inspires many people to take up fitness and bodybuilding with his example.
