In the bodybuilding world, many think that having sex before competitions can make them perform worse. But Arnie used science to bust this myth. He showed that research says having sex before exercise doesn’t affect your performance in the gym, saying,” Scientists found that having sex anywhere from 30 minutes to 24 hours before exercise does not boost or harm your aerobic fitness, musculoskeletal endurance, strength, or power.” He further mentioned a minute decrease in lower-body strength, which he mentioned as a good trade-off while explaining the benefits of sex, like burning calories and reducing stress.
