Arnold Schwarzenegger is active on social media. However, unlike others, Schwarzenegger spends his time on social media platforms highlighting inspiring stories. The 76-year-old former Governor of California promotes his fitness newsletter, interacts with fans, and promotes overall wellness. However, some people and their stories inspire the former Mr. Olympia and Mr. Universe winner.

Overcoming PTSD and depression

Arnold Schwarzenegger shared the post by DaveMurNQ. In his caption, the seven-time Mr. Olympia winner wrote a short but encouraging message for the man who transformed his life.

“You should be very proud of yourself!”?wrote the bodybuilding icon. Since Schwarzenegger was the only one who replied, DaveMurNQ commented,?“Thank you, good sir,”?on Arnie’s post.

Schwarzenegger probably didn’t write a lengthy message, as the original post told the full story. The former 400 lbs man started his post by tagging the owner of X.com, Elon Musk.?

“So @elonmusk says I need five million impressions to get some ‘X’ revenue,”?said the man. He then followed up with a summary of how he overcame depression from a horrific incident.

“Age 18-40: PTSD from being stabbed multiple times,”?wrote the man. He confessed to feeling?“Worthless – On a path to almost 400lbs – Alcohol Abuse – Faked being ‘Ok’ – 14 pills for medical reasons.” However, the latter part of the post painted a different picture. DaveMurNQ revealed how he transformed his physique and life in eight years.
