As Schwarzenegger is promoting his upcoming book ‘Be Useful: Seven Tools for Life,’ he sat down for a podcast with Howard Stern. Among many other things that the duo discussed, Stern inquired about Arnold’s views on Ozempic. It is a medication that was made to control type-2 diabetes. As it helps control the insulin, it can also help in weight loss. Even though it is not a steroid and is approved by the FDA, its actual purpose is to cure diabetes only. However, many entities rely on it for their weight loss journey, including the likes of Elon Musk, Margaret Josephs, and Sharon Osbourne.

Giving his views on the drug, Schwarzenegger said, “To me it’s all about hard work in and that’s why I say in my book you know work your ass off and because there’s no shortcut.” Continuing further, he explained that this country was made by hard-working people. And so, we need to step out of our comfort zones as well. He added, “These were ballsy women and men that went out there at five in the morning and got up and they struggled and they fought, and they worked their butts off. That’s what made this country great.”
