Even though Cheerios has harmful chemicals, doctors say that the levels are minimal and are not dangerous for the human body. Even Arnold Schwarzenegger came to the brand’s rescue.

Arnold Schwarzenegger reveals that it is safe to consume Cheerios

Dr. Andrea Love of Unbiased Science broke down the practical findings of this report and stated that it is not as big a threat as it appears. Arnold Schwarzenegger quoting it, with applied research, came to the rescue of the brand by writing about it in his latest edition of the daily Newsletter Arnold’s Pump Club.

He wrote, “You’d had to eat over 600 boxes of cereal at the ‘highest detected level’ of 291 parts per BILLION in a single sitting…Chlormequat is rapidly excreted in urine within hours. So levels in urine just mean we peed it out. But the levels in urine? They were even 10-fold lower than the levels detected in cereals.”

He even adds that almost every food that is sold, including vegetables, contains minor levels of chemicals in them. And thus, unless you go on to consume 600 boxes daily, you are safe to have Cheerios. Your body rapidly flushed out the chemical and so build-up over time is also not a concern here. However, it is your body, and he states that you need to figure out what works best for it. Arnie even helps his villagers by giving them a way to make exercise your daily habit.

Stating another applied research, Arnold Schwarzenegger reveals that people who are more avocadoes are more likely to exercise. Well, there is no evidence of whether the fruit contains special nutrients or not.
