In the video, 451 lbs Grizzly showcased his astonishing flexibility by performing reverse back extensions on a table with jaw-dropping ease and precision. Despite his massive size and strength, Grizzly demonstrated 20 reps with the agility and grace of a gymnast, leaving viewers in awe of his abilities. Grizzly wowed Arnold by showing him he had that dawg in him and left the gymternet stunned with his feats.
