The moment of truth is here for the Men’s Physique division of Arnold Classic 2024. And the fitness community is exhilarated to finally see Diogo Montenegro as the crowned bodybuilder. The 33-year-old bodybuilder who is also an acclaimed 7-time IFBB Pro Winner and has been on Mr. Olympia’s stage twice, going up as high as the second runner-up position, now has a new achievement in his resume.

After he was ranked second in the last season of Arnold Classic’s men’s Physique, Diogo Montenegro made the leap to the top this year. Although Erin Banks did not participate in the race this year, Montenegro could still take back the title with improvements of his own which were visibly praised by all of the commentators as he went up on the stage.

The final call-out of this year’s Men’s Physique Pre-judging has listed bodybuilders who were racing for their very first Arnold Classic title. This included Kyron Holden, Diogo Montenegro, Vinicius Mateus Vieira Lima, and Vitor Chaves.

However, even before the final results were out with the revelation of who the winner was, all of the commentators made it heard that Diogo Montenegro was their favorite choice and had the most potential to win the title this year out of all the participants.

The Leaderboard of Arnold Classic Men’s Physique 2024

Diago Montenegro has undoubtedly been a fan favorite in this year’s Men’s physique line-up. However, his rival, Emmanuel Costa was thought to go high up in the race, but was not even chosen at the Final Call Out, thus disappointing a lot many fans. In fact, Costa has skitted out the top 5 as well.

With Vinicius Mateus Vieira Lima as the runner-up of the show and Vitor Chaves securing the place right after, the stage has seen some magnificent physiques this year. Right behind them, however, Kyron Holden got placed 4th while Corey Morris and Emanual Hunter were in 5th and 6th place respectively.
