After his disappointing defeat to Chris Bumstead at the Mr. Olympia stage a few months ago, Ramon Dino is back and is hoping to winning the Arnold Classic 2024. Just a few hours out of the D-day, he took to his official YouTube channel and demonstrated the physique that he had built for the show. Well, there is no doubt about the fact that he definitely will put up a tough fight for the other contenders, and his coach thinks likewise.
The video begins with Ramon Dino in his hotel suite, flexing his bare physique, as his coach guides him with the poses and areas of focus. He first does a chest flex, followed by his back and quads, and then the side tricep. As he goes on to pose for the vacuum and flexes his abs, that is when his coach gets truly mesmerized by his physique.

He is pretty much certain about Dino’s win with that physique. Complimenting him, he says, “So far the best condition. Cleanest lines, like sculpture.” He even adds that the ab shot is his favorite and it was extremely beautiful. He then again, goes on flexing his legs, and well, the intricate conditioning of every part says it all.

Further in the video, Ramon Dino’s coach also teaches him some of the poses so that they can secure the first position and there remains absolutely no doubt about it. However, he has a tough competition this year. As Dino won the trophy last year, defeating Urs Kalecinski, the Miracle Bear took it personally and has had massive improvements for this year. But what is intriguing for the community is Urs Kalecinski’s lack of updates.
Urs Kalecinski is keeping his prep private?
The 25 YO bodybuilder is keeping everything under wraps until show day. While Ramon Dino has been giving out regular updates about his physique, which surely looks massive, there have been no physique checks from Urs Kalecinski since he won the Prague Pro Classic Physique. However, he never missed sharing his training sessions on his YouTube channel.
