The Arnold Classics are the most anticipated event in 2024, and everyone is hyped up to watch their favorite athlete outperform the other. The open division in the Classics has an impressive lineup, and a lot of attention is on the intense competition between Samson Dauda and Hadi Choopan. Everyone is wondering who’ll come on top in this tough competition.

Urs Kalecinski, a.k.a. The Miracle Bear, a top contender for the classic physique, has recently shared his predictions for the upcoming event. In a recent episode of “Muscle and Fitness,” he unveiled his top six contenders in the open division.

Kalecinski’s top picks

“Before you leave, give me your top six.” On being asked this question, Kalecinski picked Antoine Vaillant sixth for his ripped and great physique. Then he chose James Hollingshead for fifth place, noting his balanced size and symmetry. For the fourth spot, he chose Marcello De Angelis, the former Mr. Universe champion, for his defined aesthetic and attention-grabbing physique.

Rafael Brando secured the third position in The Miracle Bear’s ranking, praised for his remarkable sculpted body and as an uprising star in the community. Hadi Choppan, former Mr. Olympia, secured the second spot for his impressive physique and relentless work ethic. He’s even training harder than last year to beat his competitors. 

Lastly, Samson Dauda, last year’s winner of the Arnold Classics open division, made it to the top of the list. With his exceptional improvements over the years and his remarkable conditioning and physique, he’s making waves in the community. Much like Kalecinski, five-time Mr. Olympia Chris Bumstead also predicted his top contenders for the classic physique at the Arnold Classics.

Bumstead’s ranking for the Classic Physique

In the video, Bumstead mentioned Terrence Ruffin, praising his skills and posing in the classic physique, and ranked him third. Then he placed Urs Kalecinski in second, recognizing his great posing and conditioning on Mr. Olympia’s stage. Despite his rivalry with Ramon Dino, CBum chose Dino as the top contender. CBum believes in Dino’s ability to defend his title.

Furthermore, Bumstead made a sarcastic remark and said, “I don’t know I didn’t pay attention to behind me,” delivered with a smile, about demeaning Vissers’s skills but highlighting the importance of focusing on personal growth in the competitive world.

Dauda and Choopan, among others, will make the competition fierce in the Open Division. Predictions from the Miracle Bear and CBum give fans a glimpse of the talent in both classic physique and open-division hold.
