All the elite Bodybuilders are eager to clash with each other after the prompt results of Mr. Olympia last year. They have all been very eagerly sharing their prep for the contest on their social media handle.

There are going to be several rivalries that are much awaited, but among them, the most exciting one will be the face-off between the Mr. Olympia 2023 second runner-up Samson Dauda, and the runner-up of the show Hadi Choopan. Despite having won so many battles in the bodybuilding world, including the title of the Arnold Classic in 2023, Samson Dauda, popularly known as the Nigerian Lion, has faced some criticism about his back. A lot of people have complained about the thinness of his skin on the back. The controversies about his victory have been talked about so much that even his colleagues like Arnold Classic champion Nick Walker have agreed with them.

Thus, with so many people talking, perfecting his back became a primary point of introspection for Dauda, and he has been dedicatedly working towards it and it reflected on the stage of the Arnold Classic 2023. His approach has been regarded as the champion’s mindset. In one of his interviews, with sheer confidence in the development of his back, Dauda shared, “When we do our conditioning, I don’t even bother looking at my front because I know that most of the time my front is going to get conditioned way before my back does.”

As the spotlight converges on Samson Dauda, there will be several others waiting to take that away from him too. Hadi Choopan too is in full swing to take the title from him, and here’s how.

He said, “Sometimes you have to go backwards to go forwards. It’s like propelling your experience infinitely forward. So all that, the reversals, aren’t used as an excuse for your progress later.”

He further added, leaving a note of inspiration for his followers, “If you see the roads of your life, your goal is so small that you have to move beyond your purpose elsewhere in life, get out of that and start moving.” Hadi Choopan is using his 2023 Olympia dethroning as a motivation to move forward and win the show!
