In the YouTube short video, Cutler talked about switching hand grips during back workouts and the difference it makes in strength and muscle growth. He started by saying, ?Alright, we talk about hand grip when we do back movements. You?ve seen a lot of my training where I do a lot of reverse grips and sometimes, I do over grip and I feel like it triggers different parts of the back.?
He talked about how the hand grip needs to be changed from time to time for better results. Cutler explained further, ?Sometimes our variations are good, you got to work it into your routine best. On certain days and sometimes that?s alternate weeks or whatever else.?
Finally, the IFBB Pro concluded by saying, ?Whatever you feel just make sure you don?t get adaptive to the same hand grip all the time when it comes to the same movement.? Besides advising the best workout, Cutler is also currently doing his ‘Fit for 50’ challenge and posts videos about that on Instagram.
