The video started with Bumstead getting his regular protein shake into his system and pumping up for the Hamstring Day at the gym. After going to the gym, he immediately started warming up and commenced with leg curl exercises. Even the veteran bodybuilder has trouble during leg day and Bumstead is straining to lift his legs after hamstring curls.

Rambod was a supportive coach and told him to slow down so that there was less pressure on the quads. Rambod asked him about his diet and hunger, to which Chris Bumstead said that his hunger and nutrition were in check and he was having a balanced diet. The IFBB pro coach made the Olympia champion do all kinds of leg exercises, from single to double curls and thigh exercises. The last touch was squat with 6, 45lbs weights and Bumstead could feel his quads tensing up. Rambod started explaining why tibialis and quads were important for the Olympia because the legs look massive from the front of the tibialis, and are enhanced more. According to Rambod, 4-time Olympia winner Jay Cutler had the best tibialis.

After the grueling gym training, Rambod, Chris Bumstead, and Courtney King went out with the videographer to get some fresh air. Bumstead was standing on the side of the road and talking about Bleach which is an anime he is watching. He was standing with his right foot perked up like a ballerina while talking about the pronunciation of ?pasta? and his quads were shaking due to the workout stress on the muscles. Rambod wanted Bumstead to drive back but noticed something.

Chris showed his profusely shaking legs to Rambod and said, ?You don?t want me doing this right now my legs are shaking.? The coach replied regarding driving the car and asked, “Are gonna fu** it up?? Chris answered in an affirmative and said, ?This is me putting a light amount of weight on my foot.? So clearly the man who loves cars but does not know manual driving was not in the right shape to drive at that moment. Even fans called him out due to his lack of knowledge of manual cars.
